All orders ship via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling final delivery in the U.S. Orders usually ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship on Monday (excluding U.S. holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to USPS slowdowns or global disruptions.
Delivery Issues:
- If delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, a refund minus shipping will be issued once the package is returned.
- If a package is marked delivered but later lost or stolen, the buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier. Ensure a safe delivery location.
Returns – Physical Products
We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee for physical products. To qualify for a full refund, all bottles (full, partially full, or empty) and any bonus items must be returned.
